ISFF + The Vision
International Street Food Festival has been conceptualised as something completely unique. Street food culture is relatively fresh idea in Australia and is one that can make significant contribution to the economic, social and environmental fabric of the country.
We envision this event as a convergence of joyful celebration and bustling bazaar. A place where producers, manufacturers, food vendors and restaurants can showcase what they have to offer in a happy, relaxed and enjoyable environment.
This will deliver patrons a unique opportunity to interact, share passions, and communicate with stallholders in a festival like setting. Interaction, communication and shared experiences are the keys to understanding different cultures.
The International Street Food Festival committee’s vision is that by bringing people together through food we can contribute to acceptance, social cohesion and harmony in this great nation of ours.

This January 15-17, come down and help ISFF highlight the true Australian Identity – a broad cultural composition, tolerance, mateship, outdoor lifestyle and opportunities, but mostly the idea that everyone deserves a ‘fair go’. And donate some money to beyondblue and The Cancer Council and help those who really need it
